ABSTRACT
Syphilis cases are sometimes reported from our country, and this disease can cause very different clinical manifestations. Eye involvement is one of these, and eye signs and symptoms can be very variable. With this case report, we aimed to present a syphilis case who presented with visual loss in both eyes, to increase awareness of syphilis and to show that the disease can also be encountered with ocular findings.
