COVID-19 HASTALARINDA BİYOKİMYASAL, İNFLAMATUAR VE HEMATOLOJİK PARAMETRELERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Özet

Çalışmanın amacı: Bu çalışma, COVİD-19 hastalarında yaş ve cinsiyet gibi demografik gözlem rutin, laboratuvar ortamındaki değerlendirmeleri gerçekleştirmeyi hedefliyor. COVİD-19 hastalığı, hafiften kritik kartlı organ bakımına kadar geniş bir yelpazede klinik bulgular sergilenebilir. Bu biyolojik, biyokimyasal belirteçlerin bireysel prognozunu tahmin etmedeki rolü oldukça önemlidir.

Yöntemler: Çalışmada, COVİD-19 hastalarında yaş ve cinsiyete bağlı olarak kalp, ve kalp fonksiyonlarını değerlendiren biyokimyasal ilaç ile belirleneçleri analiz edilmiştir. Tam kan sayımı (CBC), C-reaktif protein (CRP), D-Dimer, fibrinojen, ALT, AST ve LDH gibi etkiler takip edilmiştir.

 

Bulgular: Çalışmada yaşlı COVİD-19 hastalarında, özellikle hız enzimleri (AST, ALT), LDH, CRP ve D-Dimer seviyelerinde anlamlı şekilde gözlemlenmiştir. Bu durum, yaşlı bireylerin daha şiddetli inflamatuar yanıtlar ve organ hasarına daha dayanıklı olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca trombositopeni ve hiperkoagülasyon gibi trombozla birlikte belirtileçlerde de yaşla birlikte artış görüldü.

 

Sonuç: Çalışmamız, COVID-19 hastalarında yaşla birlikte inflamatuar özellikler ve organ fonksiyonlarındaki bozulmaların belirgin hale geldiğini göstermektedir. Yaşlı hastaların ayrılması gereken ve bu gruplara ayrılan prognozunu dikkate almak için CRP, D-Dimer ve LDH gibi biyokimyasal belirteçlerin toplanıp faydalı hale getirilmesi için varılmıştır.
