Giriş: Triyaj acil serviste vazgeçilmez bir süreçtir. Araştırmacılara bazı faydalı tavsiyeler vermek amacıyla, triyaj araştırmasındaki sıcak noktalara ve geleceğe yönelik beklentilere bakmak için bu çalışmada bibliyometrik ve görsel analiz yapılmıştır.
Yöntemler: Bu çalışma, iki ana kullanımı olan bibliyometrik yöntemlere dayanmaktadır: bilimsel analiz ve haritalama. Verilere tek bir günde ulaşıldı, 15 Haziran 2022. Başlıkta veritabanına girilen arama anahtar kelimeleri triyaj ve acil servis veya acil servis ve belge türü makale idi. 1970'den 2021'e kadar veriler Web of Science (WOS) Core Collection veritabanından toplandı. Elde edilen veriler ileri analizler için Excel 2010 ve VOSviewer programlarına aktarılmıştır.
Bulgular: WOS veritabanında başlık kelimeleri aranarak ilk olarak 1970–2021 yılları arasında toplam 1538 yayına ulaşılmıştır. Bu dokümanlardan bilimsel değerinin yüksek olması nedeniyle (n=999; %64,95) sadece makaleler değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. İlk makale 1970 yılında yayınlandı. 2000'li yıllardan itibaren yayın sayısında zirve yaşandı. 2021 yılında en fazla yayın yayınlandı. En üretken ülkeler Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD) (n=317; %31,73), Kanada (n=87; %8,71) ve Avustralya (n=79; 7,91) oldu. %). En verimli kurumlar Avrupa Araştırma Üniversiteleri Birliği (LERU) (n=82; %8,21), Harvard Üniversitesi (n=45; %4,51) ve California Üniversitesi sistemiydi (n=34, %3,40). Makale başına en çok atıf Kanada yayınlarına ait olsa da, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri en çok yayına ve en yüksek H-Index'e sahipti.
Sonuçlar: Bu, yayınlanmış acil durum triyaj literatürü hakkında kapsamlı açıklamalar sunan ilk bibliyometrik çalışmadır. Acil durum triyajıyla ilgili makalelerin sayısı zamanla arttı, ancak bu alanda çok az araştırma var.
